“Becca took the time to sit down with me to get to know my family's needs and discuss how our son's medical appointments look. She listened to our challenges and victories and made the perfect "heart day" book for cardiology appointments. It was personalized with pictures of the actual office we go to and his doctor, along with pictures of our son which made it relatable to him. There were also pictures of procedures and equipment with simple explanations that our son easily understood.
